Keyboard num-keys not working in VirtualBox Ubuntu guest

The solution that works for me is by disabling 'Mouse Keys'.

• Go to System > Preferences > Keyboard.
• In Mouse Keys tab, un-tick 'Pointer can be controlled using keypad'

Skype crashes in VitualBox
